Can I wear an orthotic in a dress shoe?

Yes. A custom orthotic can be switched from shoe to shoe, as long as the shoe is wide enough to accommodate the orthotic, such as a man’s dress shoe or tennis shoes. Women’s dress shoes, however, are much narrower so a different orthotic would be required to allow for a  proper fit, comfort and support in these types of shoes.
