No matter how you slice it, the fact is that Dr. Scholl’s are prefab orthotics and a flimsy insert at best. If you don’t want to or can’t make the investment in a custom orthotic you’re best at least invest in Powersteps, a medical grade insole, and in my opinion the most stable prefab insole on the market. Powersteps are available for purchase off the rack at our office, or better yet, make an appointment with us and we’ll give you a thorough exam and help fit those Powersteps or custom orthotics.
